30 Parents Of Missing Chibok Girls Visit Obasanjo

The Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta was recently visited by 30 parents of the yet-to-be-returned or found Chibok girls. They arrived to visit a former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.

On April 14, 2014. The terrorist sect Boko Haram had invaded Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State and took away 276 pupils

Some of the girls had regained their freedom while others are yet to be released by the terrorists.

The parents had appealed to Obasanjo to use his regional and global influence and work with the federal government to ensure their daughters were also released to reunite with them.

They added that this call became necessary as many of the Dapchi girls had been released by their abductors.
