It appears American rapper, 50 cent, born Curtis Jackson may be appearing in court soon after news surfaced that the female fan whom he dealt a major punch during his concert last week is planning to press charges against the rapper.
Recall that 50 cent had punched the female fan last week after she gripped his hand a little tighter than the rapper expected causing him to throw the punch in a bid to free himself.
50 cent after punching the female fan had invited her up stage as a means of brokering peace but it appears all is not done yet with the case.
The victim identified as Donnetta Derr has now been reported to be planning on pressing charges against teh rapper although it was believed she had twerked out her anger on stage.
TMZ reports that Donnetta will press charges against the rapper early next week with the backing pof a law firm.
Donnetta will also sue The Lox, with whom 50 cent performed on stage along with the venue of the concert, Baltimore Soundstage.
Donnetta’s lawyer, Warren Brown while confirming the move told TMZ that Donnetta went to the hospital the next day and hired him Monday.
