Top music star, David Adedeji Adeleke, popular known as Davido, met one of his teachers during his media rounds in promotion of his yet to be released song, ‘Gbagbe Oshi’ and EP, ‘Son of Mercy’.
Davido was a student of British International School (BIS), located at Oniru Private Estate in Victoria Island, Lagos, before moving on to Babcock University, Ogun State, Nigeria.
The teacher Mr Ricket, was one of his class teachers while at BIS.
Mr Ricket, was excited to see his former student and expressed his surprise that he had now become famous.
“I am quite surprised to see you are famous now”, he said.
Adding that, “I taught this boy everything he knows”.
