American model and mother of one, Amber Rose has been slammed with a lawsuit after he boasted of buying the Ace of Diamond Strip club.

The former stripper who boasted of acquiring the club as she picked up her Vanguard Award at the All Def Movie Awards has been dragged to court over her false claim.

Amber Rose who was honored by Vanguard for her “work on social justice projects like the SlutWalk” will be facing a $1m penalty should she be found guilty by the court.

Amber Rose while picking up her award had asked the audience if they knew the popular club, Ace of Diamonds to which she chanted, “I bought it.”

Ace of Diamonds in its $1 million lawsuit accused the model of falsehood adding that she does not belong to their list of shareholders.

It is however believed that Amber Rose has receipts to back the purchase of the club although reports indicate that it has not been stamped and approved yet.
