Hollywood actress, Angelina Jolie was reported to have on Monday filed for a divorce from her husband, Brad Pitt, stating irreconcilable differences and expressing worry over his influence on their six children.
However, on Tuesday, sources close to the family noted that the divorce filing was not unconnected to the fact that Jolie had hired a private investigator to snoop in on Brad who was allegedly having an affair with his ‘Allied’ co-star, Marion Cotillard.
Another source told TMZ that the Jolie wanted to quit the Hollywood life and face her humanitarian programme but Brad Pitt wasn’t done just yet.
In the latest turn of events, sources close to Pitt has denied rumours of his negative influence on the kids which Jolie described as being made bad by his constant drinking and weed smoking.
Sources close to Pitt said: “Angelina Jolie is lying by spreading the word. Brad Pitt has anger issues that become dangerous when mixed with weed and alcohol”
