The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has fixed a date, December 17 for the Special National Convention where it will adopt President Goodluck Jonathan as its presidential candidate, approve and adopt APGA amended constitution and endorse the appointment of the Anambra State Governor, Chief Wiliie Obiano as its leader and Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
