The Chocolate City boss, Audu Maikori has dragged the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai to court over the gross violation of his human rights.
The suit (FHC/ABJ/CS/385/17) filed by the record label boss’ lawyers, Ballason’s Chambers at the Federal High Court, Abuja, demanded the sum of N10billion in damages.
Recall that Audu Maikori was re-arrested by men of the DSS after he was reported to have fainted at Social Media Week 2017 event which held in Lagos.
The lawsuit, according to details came up for hearing before the trial judge, Hon. Justice John Tsoho on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, with Maikori requesting that the court uphold and enforce his fundamental human rights against the state governor and the Nigerian Police Force, NPF, who have put him under undue harassment and intimindation.
