The Chocolate City President, Audu Maikori has been re-arrested.
The music label boss’ re-arrest comes barely 22 days after he was first picked up by men of the Department of States Services, DSS, at his Lagos office and thereafter transported to Abuja for questioning.
Audu Maikori some days ago slumped at the Muson Centre in Lagos and was revived by a medical team before he was rushed to and admitted at the St. Nicholas hospital.
The arrest which comes barely 24 hours after he was discharged from the hospital and is reported to be in connection with the charges relating to comments he made about the Southern Kaduna killings on his social media page.
The Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai had revealed after Audu Maikori was released from DSS’ custody that his case will be properly investigated to establish connection with the killings which occurred after he tweeted inciteful comments.
Reports however indicated that he has been whisked off to Kaduna state.
