Nigerian artiste Wizkid, born Ayo Balogun continues to prove himself as he has bagged yet another award.
The latest award comes on the heels of his MTV MAMA Awards sweep.
Wizkid was announced by the organisers of the MOBO awards as the Best African Act during the pre-Mobo awards event that was held yesterday in London.
Celebrity DJ and daughter of billionaire businessman, DJ Cuppy took to her page to announce that she was given the honour of presenting the Nigerian act with the award.
However, Wizkid was not at the even to claim his award in person.
The main MOBO Awards show will however hold November 4, 2016 in Glasgow.
