The customized license plate reads ‘DINO’ on the Italian vehicle which costs about N50 million to acquire before taxes and duties.
Dino is a lawmaker from Kogi, a state where a senior civil servant recently committed suicide because he was unable to settle the bills of his family, after being owed salaries by the state government for 11 months.
