World’s richest man, Bill Gates and co-founder of social media network, Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg have lost a whooping $3.4 billion of their riches to the breakout of Britain from the European Union.
Both billionaires suffered the greatest hit from the exit of UK from the EU termed ‘BREXIT’.
According to Bloomberg Billionaires, the Microsoft founder lost $1.8 billion while Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg suffered a $1.6 billion decline in his treasury.
Understanding the impact of the loss, Bill Gates lost more in fortune than the combined wealth of Nigeria’s richest woman, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija estimated to be worth about $1.73 billion.
