A Nigerian civil servant, David Aiyedogbon has been accused of abducting and murdering his beautiful wife and mother of their 4 children, Charity. Aiyedogbon was reportedly in the middle of several long running disputes with his wife bordering on property, infidelity and most recently she was said to have reported his corrupt activities as a civil servant to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

President of Euclaw, Emeka Ugwuonye made the shocking allegations in a video he posted to Facebook. The Harvard trained lawyer who is based in the USA said he got involved in the case as a hired investigator contracted by the family to find Charity, who went missing on May 9th 2016, after posting on Facebook that she was proceeding on a road trip.

Ugwuonye in the video, alleges that the entire family is afraid of the missing woman’s husband due to the enormous financial resources at his disposal, he also alleges that David has sworn to kill him and appealed to the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris to provide security for him. The attorney further alleged that David had members of the police and other security agencies on his payroll and thus poses a real threat to his life.

He called on the EFCC to investigate the death of a material witness to the corrupt activities of a civil servant who is now also allegedly a murder suspect.

The attorney stated that he is in possession of recorded conversations between the woman and her husband that may prove the guilt of the husband. He says he is ready to hand over the evidence to the IG.
