Osarere Debbie, a popular figure on twitter who was bravely fighting cancer has sadly lost that battle.
She had been battling the disease since 2012.
She passed away yesterday, April 1 in Maryland, USA where she was receiving treatment.
She was initially diagnosed with breast cancer but in the last year it had spread to her liver, bones and lungs.
May her soul rest.
Her death has already seen an outpouring of grief from Nigerians many of whom are conversant with her plight and who were inspired by her positivity.
She will be sorely missed.
