Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has alleged that there is a plan to appoint Nasir El-Rufai when President Muhammadu Buhari is dead.
The outspoken man said this in a tweet, Friday, adding that the former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair came to Kaduna state to perfect the plans.
