Compulsorily Retired Military Officers Mostly From The South- Report

1 Min Read

Yesterday it was confirmed that a number of high-ranking officers from the military were compulsorily retired from service over allegations of corruption and fraud.

The army had released a statement announcing the retirement of the soldiers and explaining that there was a need for the military to be non-partisan and focussed on protecting the nation.

It has now been alleged that the retired officers were mostly from the south south and south east.

In a tweet posted by news agency Sahara reporters, they claim that a source alleges that the officers who were retired were mostly Southerners. This has strengthened rumours that the President favours Northerners over other tribes in the country.

  • No problem. The wrong foundations continues to be laid. By the time another southern president enters, he should also follow suit. Remove all the northern generals also. Let the vicious cycle continue. Till the country eventually grinds down.
    God help us.
