American Singer, Elton John has been sued for sexual harassment and battery by his former security guard.

The singer whose case was filed before a Los Angeles Court on Monday has been accused of ongoing sexual harassment over the past 12 years (2002 – 2014) the security guard worked for him.

The security guard, Jeffrey Wenninger through his lawyer alleged that the singer engaged in “unwelcome and offensive touching and groping’ while in a car. While doing so, Elton John always said things like ‘Get your todger out’ and ‘Say hello to Uncle Elton,”

The lawsuit against Elton John also cited other instances such as a time when he groped the guard, telling him, “You have so many gay genes in you, they just haven’t met up yet.”.

Wenninger’s lawyers maintained in the lawsuit that the harassment went on for the duration of his client’s employment describing the singer’s actions as willful, wanton, malicious and oppressive.
