Fox News Channel on Monday, May 22, 2017 has had its legal woes compounded after three women stepped up to join the growing list of current and former employees of the network suing it for racial discrimination and sexual abuse.

The three latest victims, Kathleen Lee, a shift editor at Fox News Radio, Naima Farrow, a former accounts payable coordinator, and a former accounts receivable specialist filed separate suits against the network for the existing charges it was accused of.

With the latest suits filed against the news network, the list of suits has since grown from 23 which was earlier reported.

Included in the complainant is an African American co-anchor of Fox’s Saturday programming, Kelly Wright who claims he was “marginalized” and “sidelined” at Fox because of his race.

Kathleen Lee who worked for Fox for over 10 years claimed that one of the radio anchors, Ron Flatter, made sexually insensitive remarks to her and other female employees. She added that Ron called them “sluts and whores” adding that the Human Resources department “looked the other way and failed to act” upon reporting the ill behavior.

Farrow in her separate suit noted that she was relieved of her duties less than three days after telling her supervisor that she was pregnant.

Mann, a Guyanese woman claims Fox refused to hire her as a permanent employee despite working for the network for four years. She further claimed she was relieved of her duties shortly after she gave birth.
