Game Of Thrones Season 6 Predictions: Who Will Die? Who Will Live?

3 Min Read

Who will die and who will live on Game of Thrones Season 6? That’s what fans are wondering with the GoT premiere just weeks away. A lot of characters’ fates were left up in the air. So what will happen to Sansa Stark, Daenerys Targaryen, Cersei Lannister and Tyrion?

Sansa was one of the characters whose fate was unclear at the end of Season 5 of Game of Thrones. She and Theon decided to escape by jumping off Winterfell’s wall. Luckily, spoilers say Sansa’s alive. And predictions say Season 6 is going to treat her a lot better. There are even predictions that she’ll be reunited with Jon Snow and they’ll team up in a huge battle against Ramsay Bolton!

“This is the season I’m most excited for. Sansa’s coming into her own and standing up for herself,” Sophie Turner told EW. That said, she told the Wall Street Journal that she hopes Sansa does die. “I don’t want to survive,” she said. “If you’re on Game of Thrones and don’t have a cool death scene what’s the point?”

Daenerys is another character Game of Thrones fans have been worried about after she was captured by a khalasar. Spoilers from the GoT promo show that Daenerys is still the khalasar’s hostage and she’s in serious trouble.

That leads us to Tyrion. Tyrion became Daenerys’ ally on Game of Thrones until she was captured. So what will he do now? Well, he’ll definitely still be a major player during Season 6. A new report said he’s technically the main and most important character on GoT. “Are you afraid? You should be. You’re in the great game now, and the great game is terrifying,” he says in the trailer.

So what will happen to Tyrion on Game of Thrones? Because he was in the Game of Thrones clip in the Hall of Faces along with some now-dead characters, some predictions say he will die. There are also predictions that he’ll have some trouble ruling Meereen in Daenerys’ absence.

And, of course, there’s Cersei. Season 5 of Game of Thrones was tough for Cersei to say the least. Her Walk of Atonement ended, though, with the reanimated Mountain helping her. He will try to get revenge for Cersei.

“I don’t think she’s incredibly happy. I don’t think she likes very many people, even less than before, if that’s even possible. She’s made more enemies. I think she’s in a state of pure vengeance, but I don’t think it’s going to be straightforward because it’s her. It is exciting. If I don’t die,” Lena Heady told the Wall Street Journal.
