Following the release of the first episode of world’s most popular TV series “Game of Thrones”, actress Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen has in a video which surfaced online recently spoken up on the nudes scenes and other raunchy takes in the popular TV series.
Daenerys Targaryen who is one of the lead characters in the TV series which features nudism, blood and suspense speaks on her take on the popular show as she has been captured nude in several scenes of the show due to several reasons.
Ahead of the airing of the latest season, the actress granted an interview and cover shoot for the August edition of Elle where she opened up on her role in the TV series.
She said: “I actually went up to [‘Game of Thrones’ co-creators David Benioff and Dan Weiss] and thanked them.”
“I was like, ‘That’s a scene I’ve been waiting for!’ Because I get a lot of crap for having done nudes scenes and sex scenes. That, in itself, is so anti-feminist.
“Women hating on other women is just the problem. That’s upsetting, so it’s kind of wonderful to have a scene where I was like, ‘There you go!'”
The latest season of the TV series however will be playing the nudism on the low as there will be so much blood in the coming episodes.
Daenerys Targaryen has in the latest episode followed the advise given to her by Tyrion Lannister.
