France is in a state of mourning.
Their President, Francois Hollande has declared 3 days’ national mourning in remembrance of the 84 lives that were lost when a man plowed into a crowd during their Bastille day celebrations, killing scores and injuring others.
The identity of the man has now been revealed as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, a married man and father of three.
According to the MailOnline, Bouhlel was not your typical Jihadist, he smoked, beat his wife and ate pork.
He was also allegedly on the brink of a divorce.
This information according to MailOnline comes from Bouhlel’s cousin who said; ‘Bouhlel was not religious. He did not go to the mosque, he did not pray, he did not observe Ramadan.’He drank alcohol, ate pork and took drugs. This is all forbidden under Islam.
‘He was not a Muslim, he was a s***.
‘He beat his wife, my cousin, he was a nasty piece of work.’
Bouhlel had even been stopped by Police earlier that day, he slipped through their fingers telling them he was delivering Ice Cream in the area.
Bouhlel was French-Tunisian and was before now known as a petty criminal, but not one jaded enough to kill as many people as he did.
