American rapper, Lil Wayne has dismissed the Black Lives Matter campaign which has incurred the wrath of black people in America.

Lil Wayne, in an interview with Nightlife, dismissed the movement when he was asked if he felt drawn to the movement.

In response, Lil Wayne said: “I don’t feel connected to a damn thing that ain’t got nothin’ to do with me.”

He further explained: “I’m a young black rich mother****er. If that doesn’t let you know that America understands that black lives matter these days, then I don’t know what it is.”

The rapper in the video below told Davis in an interview: “What is it? What does it mean?”

The rapper, who seemed frustrated by the mention of the movement, went on to snatch off his mic saying “I ain’t no politician.”
