Just How did Teyena Taylor Get that Body ready for the VMAs?

There were a couple of highlights from the VMAs yesterday: Beyonce’s performance, Rihanna and Drake’s kiss, Kanye’s ‘overspeech’ but one of the biggest highlights was Kanye West’s ‘Fade’ video and Teyena Taylor’s rocking body.

She was the star of ‘Fade’ and had many jaws dropping at how great she looked. What made it more remarkable was that she’d just had a baby last year.

Many on twitter were gushing about her and many have said she’s their new fitness goal—except getting Taylor’s figure may be even harder than you thought, because it’s not exactly the traditional fitness program or strict diet that you may have assumed.

According to E! News, she said,  “Dancing is my workout. I just dance. I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world.”

As if that’s not bad enough, it’s also reported that Teyena doesn’t eat healthy, so there’s no salad diet she’ll recommend or anything else. She had burgers and donuts and all the junk food the rest of us gorge on.

The insider also told E!, “Eating healthy is not her thing. She is the kind of girl who eats donuts and candy for breakfast. She just doesn’t gain weight.”

Oh it gets worse, Taylor didn’t even do any post-baby body exercise to prepare for the project, because she didn’t even know it was happening until three weeks prior to shooting. “I was shaking, excited, nervous and all that other good stuff,

“When I saw it, I was just as in shock as everyone else, because I didn’t see the final product until he premiered it.”
