American singer, Chris Brown may be in for legal action after his ex, Karrueche Tran, over whom he had a major online altercation with rapper, Soulja Boy some weeks ago alleged that he threatened her life.
In pursuant of the alleged threat to her life, Karruche Tran has reportedly filed for a restraining order against the singer and father of one.
TMZ reported that Tran told the judge in a statement that the singer had earlier this month threatened to kill her.
According to her, Chris Brown threatened that no man would have her if he can’t adding that he [Chris] “told a few people that he was going to kill me.”
Tran in the sworn statement further noted that Chris Brown had threatened that he would “take me out” and “threatened to shoot me.”
She further added that there had been a few instances in the past when the singer had abused her. She made particular reference to a time when the singer punched her in the stomach twice adding that he had pushed her down the stairs afterwards.
In reaction, a neighbor of the singer’s ex attested to the abuse allegation leveled against the singer who had in the past assaulted his ex-girlfriend and singer, Rihanna.
Tran is requesting a restraining order which requires the singer to stay 100 yards away from her, her mom and her brother.
