Super Eagles head coach Stephen Keshi is said to be considering benching Osaze Odemwingie for the rest of the World Cup over his failure to adhere to instructions when he was brought in during the second half of the Iran match.

Whilst Keshi admitted that Osaze played well during the match, he is said to not have followed instructions given to him when he was sent on.

Keshi is also said to be considering a replacement fro Ramon Azeez in the person of Belgium-based Michael Uchebo, who was preferred in the warm up games before the World Cup.

Meanwhile captain Joseph Yobo is certain of his spot in the first team after Turkey-based defender Godfrey Oboabona injured his foot during the match against Iran.
