Hasbro’s popular boardgame Monopoly, recently launched its city of Lagos edition, which is conspicuosly available on Jumia.com.ng

When internationally famous rock star Chris Brown came calling into town, he rolled the dice on Banana Island. In a mega mansion reportedly owned by Sayyu Dantata, Alhaji Aliko Dangote’s cousin.

Dantata is the owner of MRS Petroleum, which he acquired from Chevron Texaco in a $1 billion transaction back in 2008.

Since then his company has been the recipient of billions of Naira in fuel subsidy funding from the FG.

With N2.67tr and N1.05tr said to have been spent on fuel subsidy in 2011 and 2012 respectively, expect Mr. Dantata to get even richer.
