A female politician, Jessica Farrar, has submitted a bill seeking to impose fines on men who masturbate.
The politician in Texas filed the bill which if passed into law will impose a $100 fine on men who ejaculate outside of a woman’s vagina.
The bill according to the Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives is called ‘A Man’s Right to Know,’ and was submitted before the house on Friday.
The Democratic lawmaker noted that the bill is aimed at protecting unborn children everywhere.
She noted that with the bill, ’emissions outside of a woman’s vagina, or created outside of a health or medical facility’ will attract a fine of $100.
She further noted in the bill that if a man made such an emission it would “be considered an act against an unborn child.”
The bill further stipulates against vasectomies, Viagra prescriptions and colonoscopies among many others.
