A Chicago man reportedly burned another man’s private parts Monday afternoon in the city’s Back of the Yards neighborhood when he discovered the man having sex with his girlfriend.
Police told DNA info Chicago the man punched the second man before burning his genitals using a lighter.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the 30-year-old victim had been beaten unconscious and burned with the lighter while he was passed out.
The man was taken from an apartment in the 4400 block of South Honore Street to Holy Cross Hospital before he was transferred to the University of Chicago Medical Center, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
