DC Win Comic-Con 2016 With New Trailers For Wonder Woman and Justice League

3 Min Read

So the San Diego Comic-con is ongoing and with all the usual fanfare has come the titan battle that most geeks would be used to by now; Marvel v Dc.

This year we’ve seen the comic giants duke it out on screen with the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Captain America being the first battle between the two this year. People would have different opinions as to which movie they enjoyed the most but both movies were huge successes.

The two will battle it out again later this year with ‘Suicide Squad’ from DC coming out next Month and ‘Dr. Strange’ for Marvel a little later on. Both are set to be huge successes too.

The major talking points from yesterday’s comic-con (It’s on from the 21st-24th) though were the double salvo of DC that would rock us next year; ‘Wonder Woman’ and ‘Justice League’.

These two movies are the reason why DC just might win the bragging rights for next year’s slew of Superhero movies (Till we see the trailer for Spiderman Homecoming) .

But first the Trailers:

Wonder Woman

Now i know it might be a little premature, but i’m already sold on having Gal Gadot take on the role of Diana. She was one of the best things from Dawn of Justice and from this trailer, she is just to die for.

She plays the titular character of Wonder Woman, the Amazonian princess who joins forces with the earth to fight in the World War.

She was accompanied by Chris Pine from the Star Trek movies and is set to dazzle next year.

Justice League

Oh Batman! This got everyone excited. Ben Affleck won many over with his performance as Batman in Dawn of Justice. He gets to reprise the role along with Jason Mamoa from Game of Thrones (He was Khaal Drogo) and Ezra Miller from The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

Gal Gadot is also there of course as is Ray Fisher.

Who was not in the trailer though is everyone’s favorite goody two shoes, Superman. It is assumed he’ll show up at some point in the movie as he is on the posters.
