The rivalry between Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger has been stretched near limit in recent times.

Both, currently handling two very opposing teams in the EPL, clashed early into the season as Arsenal made it to Chelsea to succumb to yet another defeat.

Tension had flared minutes into the match and the coaches got involved in a tussle, with Arsene Wenger being the aggressor.

While Wenger expressed regret after the match and tried to offer an apology afterward; Mourinho, who refused to shake hands with his fellow coach at the end of the match; not until recently, offered no comments to the media.

Mourinho revealed to daily newspaper reporters at the club’s Cobham training headquarters, his view of the encounter.

He said: “I gave you my reaction after the match, saying nothing had happened.”

“The reaction from everyone else was saying nothing had happened.

“Am I surprised he wasn’t punished? I’m not surprised. I’m not surprised. Charged? Charged? If it was me, it would have been a stadium ban.”
