The Prom event is a staple in American high schools and it’s usually a time when students get to show off to each other one last time before graduation.
Teenagers spends weeks obsessing about the event and what they’ll wear or how they’d arrive or who gets to be homecoming King or Queen.
Well Nigerians are not left out as we have a lot of Nigerian teenagers abroad who’d worry about that sort of thing. It seems these girls have found their solution though– Ankara.
In keeping with their heritage, these four girls decided to storm their prom event African style, wearing ankara material and looking pretty decent in it.
