Nigerian Lady Recounts Harrowing Account of How she Was Raped

The UNIABUJA graduate had collected her number at a lounge after sending a waitress to draw her attention to him. He apoligised after, letting her know he just wanted a way to talk to her. He asked her if they could hang out that night which she told him would not be possible.

 They chatted on the phone for about a week before she agreed to meet up with him under the pretense that he would give her a job and a place to stay and wanted to show her both. Things went downhill from there. At the first location they met he asked her for N1000, he had told her on the phone beforehand that he had reached his withdrawal limit for the day and promised to pay her back.

From there he took her around Abuja stopping at different locations even meeting money changers outside Sheraton to pretend he wanted to change money. In another location he collected money from her bag while she was in the restroom and told her he would pay her back.

  Finally they arrived at a hotel, even after she had told him she was not sleeping out, where he asked for her N5000 which she said is in her account that she doesn’t touch. He told her to transfer saying his phone was dead to which she gave him a power bank and told him to charge his phone, he replied he did not want to.

She then told him she was going home and wanted to order a taxi. immediately he started shouting and saying that was it because he was asking her for money. After he began driving to the bq he told her she could stay at saying they would have to manage it for the night. It was there that her nightmare began with him holding her neck and choking her while telling her that no one knew she was there and he could kill her. Read her full account below:
