Popular Nigerian Wrestler, Power Uti has been arrested and remanded at the Iilupeju police station following the controversy behind the death of his wife Toyin.
It was gathered that the wrestler had gone to the church to seek spiritual help for his wife, instead of taking her to the hospital for medical attention which led to her death.
The body of the deceased was discovered in their home after he had left the house for long hours.
Toyin was a 38 years old mother of four underage children and an unemployed housewife till her death.
The young children have been placed in the custody of Toyin’s mother, while her body has been deposited at the Isolo general hospital.
Power Uti, will be transferred to the Criminal Investigative Department, Panti in Lagos tomorrow.
