A former Senate President, David Mark, has asserted that Nigerians are eager to have PDP back as the ruling party.
He said this while hosting PDP national chairmanship aspirant, Raymond Dokpesi at his home yesterday October 26th.
He said that imposition of candidates in proceedings must be avoided at all costs adding that the main focus should be on wresting power from the APC.
He said; “We must say no to impunity. We must reject the imposition of candidates on the party. Elders of the party, including myself, must ensure justice, fairness, and equity. The people must be allowed to decide. Nigerians are eagerly waiting for the PDP, and we must not fail them. We need a leader of the PDP that is a bridge builder, is accessible and possesses the character and integrity to lead the party to victory in 2019,”
