The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ahmed Makarfi has reportedly been involved in an accident.
The accident occurred along Abuja-Kaduna Highway earlier today.
According to report, the accident occurred as a result of multiple collision.
Confirming the accident, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, in a statement released stated that the National Chairman of the party, senator Ahmed Makarfi and all other passengers in his vehicle came out unhurt.
The statement reads in part: “This is to allay the fears of our Party members, teeming supporters and well wishers who heard of the Accident and have been making frantic calls; as well as those who may stumble on half-baked information.”
