Photos: Candlelight service for DJ Olu

A candlelight service was held yesterday, in memory of Oluwagbemiga Abiodun, popularly know as DJ Olu.

The 24-year-old was a close friend to Davido and was said to have died of an alleged drug overdose.

DJ Olu and his friend Chime were found dead in a BMW car in a garage on Block B, Banana Island, Lagos last Saturday.

He was the first son of oil magnate and boss of Heyden Oil, Dapo Abiodun. His death came days after another friend of Davido, Umeike Tagbo had died.

Family and friends came together to celebrate his short life at Banana Island Ikoyi. He will be laid to rest today 12th October at the Ikoyi vault.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.
