The Shiites Islamic group reportedly held a blood ritual in protest of the continuous detention of their leader, Ibrahim El Zakzaky.
The ritual performed by the Islamic group was according to reports aimed against the president who is currently on an extended medical leave in the United Kingdom.
According to Khalid Abdul, the blood ritual held in Borno state was allegedly aimed at ousting the president and ending his regime over his health issues.
The group which had in times past had several run ins with the Federal Government is allegedly seeking to use the president’s health issues through the ritual to put an end to his reign for the release of their leader.
