A top Boko Haram commander in Borno State has been arrested by the intelligence unit of the Borno State Police Command.
Identified as Ibrahim Audu Diye aka Romeo, the suspect was arrested at an undisclosed location Thursday afternoon, The Nation reported, quoting an unnamed security source.

The suspect had reportedly terrorised Gwoza and neighbouring local governments of the state, including threatening to kill the District Head of Pulka in Gwoza LGA.
He was reportedly arrested following a tip-off and has been transferred to an undisclosed location.
