The 28-year-old in the cover spotted a blonde wavy hair with a golden crown adorned on her head.
The mother of one also flaunts her body tattoo along with the massive 7-carat diamond engagement ring from fiancé in the photoshoot.
Chyna who recently revealed the sex of their baby as a Girl is expected to put to bed in October.
