President Buhari Appoints Self As Petroleum Minister

President Muhammadu Buhari has named himself Minister of Petroleum, while Ibe Kachikwu (Delta State) was named Minister of State (Petroleum).

He announced this while swearing in the new ministers at the Aso Rock Villa on Wednesday.
