Presidental Spokesman, Adesina Loses Professor Sister To Auto Crash

The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has reportedly lost his elder sister, Prof. Foluke Ogunleye, a renowned intellectual, to an auto crash.

The former head of the Department of Dramatic Arts of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, was said to have lost her life in an accident which occurred on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in the morning of Sunday.

The Public Relations Officer of OAU, Mr. Abiodun Olanrewaju, confirmed the death to the media, saying she hailed from Ipetumodu in Osun State.

The renowned author delivered her inaugural lecture at the university early 2014, some three decades after Prof. Wole Soyinka did the same from the department.
