The senator representing Kaduna Central senatorial district in the National Assembly, Sen. Shehu Sani, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to conduct an appraisal and reshuffle his cabinet as necessary.
He urged the president to fire any minister found undeserving of their position.
The outspoken senator made this known in a Friday afternoon tweet via his verified Twitter handle.
Sani, a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), is known to be a frequent critic of his own party, which often pitches him against the leadership of his party and his State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai.
He is also popular for using proverbs and animal allegories to pass across his criticisms and contribute to national discourse.
Addressing the president, he said, “Dear Baba,
Nature has not endowed the Faeces of saints with fragrance. Its time to measure the moral cholesterol of members of your cabinet so as to know those still fit and deserving of a space in your sententious court.”
