Following the success of the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton, there are unconfirmed reports that a sequel is being lined up about the emergence of high profile West Coast rap artists including Snoop Dogg, the late Tupac Shakur and Tha Dogg Pound which will be called Dogg Pound 4 Life.
Daz Dillinger, one half of American hip hop duo Tha Dogg Pound which was also founded by Kurupt in 1992, reportedly told TMZ that the movie will pick up where N.W.A left off in 1991.
Tha D.P’s music will this time forge the storyline, but the 42-year-old says there will be no sensor on the violence, much like the first R-rated movie.
Suge Knight for instance, the Death Row producer once accused of killing Tupac and Biggie Smalls, is also thought to feature, owing to his inclusion in Straight Outta Compton.
