Tragic: Woman Dies Saving 2 of her children who also died In Inferno

Blessing Arigi-Osakwe, a 42-year-old woman died while trying to rescue her two children from a fire at their home in Sokoto.

According to eyewitness accounts, the incident happened on Saturday the 10th of September. The woman was home with her husband and their four children and also her nephew when there was an electricity surge from their generator which in turn started the fire.

Thankfully, her husband and their two older children made it out of the house unhurt, she also made it out, but couldn’t bear the thought of leaving her two other kids and nephew in the fire and therefore she made a brave dash back in to rescue the children.

Unfortunately, none of them made it out as a burning roof fell on them. The boys were already dead and the woman followed suit on Sunday due to severe burns on her body.
