A rather unusual scene occurred in one of the busiest cities in Nigeria, Lagos, today as an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) was caught in a potentially dangerous dangerous situation.
From the video footage of the incident which surfaced online, the LASTMA official was seen hanging on to the hood of a vehicle which was in motion.
It appeared the driver of the vehicle was trying to get away from the officials but the officer hanging on in a potentially dangerous manner was bent on seeing his duties to the end.
