Chelsea star, Eden Hazard, has reportedly said he is ready to turn down a summer move to Real Madrid.

According to Daily Telegraph, the 26-year-old winger has informed friends he will be staying put at Stamford Bridge next season.

Hazard has been back to his best at Chelsea this football year, and his performances under Antonio Conte have caught Zinedine Zidane’s eye, who is said to be planning for life after Cristiano Ronaldo leaves the Bernabeu.

Zidane has made it known in several interviews that Hazard has apparently risen to the top of his transfer wish list.

Aware of Hazard’s decision to remain under Conte, Chelsea are said to be prepared to rebuff any potential bids from Real Madrid.

And they are set to offer Hazard a contract extension to tie him down beyond 2020.

The paper reports he will likely boost his wages above his current £200,000-a-week if he puts pen to paper.
