‎ ‎Court restrains Total, Odesco Oil from trespassing on service station

An FCT High Court, Kubwa, on Friday issued an order restraining Total Nigeria Plc and Odesco Oil Nigeria Limited, from trespassing on a service station, situated at 1st Avenue, Lugbe Estate, Abuja.

Justice Bello Kawu, who issued the order, restrained the respondents’ or their representatives from laying claim to Mr Jude Eze’s petrol station.

Kawu ordered that the respondents should not trespass on the said petrol station pending the determination of the suit.

He also directed for an accelerated hearing‎ and adjourned the matter until June 11.

Eze, through his counsel, Jude Apeh, had moved a motion seeking an order of interlocutory injunction, restraining the respondents from laying claim or trespassing on his petrol station.

The motion was supported by a 27- paragraph affidavit deposed to by Eze.‎

Eze in the affidavit averred that he bought the said petrol station from Odesco Oil Nig. Ltd at the rate of N19million on March 14, 2014.

He said that after taking possession of the property, Total Nigeria Limited, however, allegedly trespassed on the said station.(NAN).
