General Overseer of Mount Zion Faith Global Liberation Ministries, Nnewi, Anambra State, Bishop Abraham Chris Udeh has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to quit to prevent further bloodshed in the country.

Reacting to last weekend’s Plateau killing in which more than 200 souls were reported killed, Udeh said Nigeria may soon lose 1000 souls in one fell swoop if the president does not vacate the office.

He said it was evident that Buhari had lost control of the security apparatus of the control and it was dangerous to let him continue.

The bishop urged the National Assembly to commence the process of impeaching the president should he refuse to voluntarily quit.

Speaking with The Sun, Udeh said, “There is absolute insecurity in the country. And one begins to wonder why and how cattle rearers would be armed to the teeth with sophisticated weapons, killing, maiming innocent souls and burning houses and other property. How do they acquire those weapons? So, the President must go; otherwise, from what I have seen in the spiritual realm, the entire nation would soon be plunged into a killing that cannot be controlled. He has failed Nigerians.”
