  1. Delay, Are you ready yet?: Most often than not, women tend to delay a lot when preparing for an outing with a partner. Sometimes, the men also take forever to get prepared. This gradually leads to a fight when it continues. Learn to respect each other’s individuality and don’t prod if you are tired of waiting.
  2. Dirtiness: Some people are very dirty and have bad living habits. For men, sorry to start with you, many go to the loo and come back leaving it messed up.   4. Shopping Habits: Generally, shopping  habits differ. While some can spend all day shopping, others may loathe the act. If you have different  shopping habits, be conscious of this and learn to accept your different styles and accommodate both your needs.
  5. Channel Surfing: For couples who spend time watching television, the choice of what to watch sometimes causes major fights. While there will always be some shows and programs you hate to watch, learn to suck it up for the sack of you partner.
  6. The Ex: Most relationships  and marriages usually  have this issue as most adults had one ex or the other in the past. They sometimes  remain friends with this particular ex and it causes the other partner to break. Understand  that the past remains in the past and your partner wants you, hence the reason they are with you.

Communication helps you to communicate  on a much deeper level than just sexual ones. This means you need to be able discuss freely and more than the regular hi and hey.
  8. Fighting over family members: Most couples usually  have issues relating  with their partner’s family. They tend to frown whenever the family members come visiting. This can sometimes  lead to dispute between the couple. Learn to be accommodating to your partner’s family and be sensitive to each other’s feelings.
  9. Sex Sex Sex and More Sex: Sex is meant to be where, how, when and what you want. Most couples usually think sex is perfect and should be planned. In the real sense, sex is part of being in a relationship. It takes work and energy from both parties to come to a mutual understanding.
  10. I am always right and never wrong: Some individuals are perfectionist. They do things their way and never think they are wrong. This can be very annoying, as no one likes to hear they are always wrong. Learn to listen and never rub it on your partner’s face even if you are right.
  11. Being Resentful: Someone who likes to hold grudges and never forgets little issues can be difficult to live with, so don’t be that person. Learn to let go of things that make you angry and never let your partner feel empty.
