The New Year 2016 is about two weeks old and a plethora of prophecies by prominent Christian clerics have already circulated.
Perhaps the most shocking of the prophecies are from Abuja-based Prophet Emmanuel Omale, the General Overseer of the Divine Hand of God Prophetic Ministries.
Omale’s prophecies include the violent death of a female Nollywood star, bereavement and terminal illness for a former First Lady, and the death in combat of a top military man.
His most shocking prophecies, which were released last week, are:
- A popular female Nollywood star will die. It will be by road accident, armed robbery or high blood pressure.
- The wife of a former Governor from the South-South will be bereaved and suffer from a terminal illness.
- Two new ministers will fall victim of financial scandal and will be sacked as well as jailed.
- Many billionaires will fall in the New Year and many of them will cry.
- The anti-corruption war will lead to the imprisonment of some dubious personalities.
- A top military man will die in combat, but the war on Boko Haram is being won.
- Oil price will improve and there will be 17 months of prosperity for Nigeria.
- Billions of looted money will be openly returned to the national treasury
Omale urged Nigerians to support President Muhammadu Buhari as he would become the best Nigerian President ever because of the economic and infrastructural development that would be achieved under him.
However, he said many of the prophecies could be prevented from coming to past if the affected persons or groups offered fervent prayers.
