After taking a temporary position as the Interim Coach of the National team, Super Eagles, Coach Samson Siasia will on Monday resume with Nigeria Olympic team in Abuja.
The return of Siasia is owed to the exit of the National Team in their last game against Egypt in which they failed to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON 2017 which will take place in Gabon.
The Nigerian Football Federation, NFF commended the Coach’s effort for his work with the Eagles and pledged supper to him to win the Olympic Gold in Brazil in August.
“The NFF will give coach Siasia all the support to excel at the Games, by winning the football gold,” The NFF announced.
Siasia’s return to the dream team will take the helms of affairs off assistant coach Fatai Amoo who was in charge of the dream team in his absence and stunned hosts Brazil in a Rio Olympics warm-up last week.
